ADVENTURE ELOPEMENT & PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHER

For the Soulful and the Wildhearted

Portrait of Jacqueline Ferran, photographer behind Quiet Writer Images, in a cozy natural light setting

hey there!

I'M JACQUELINE

The heart behind Quiet Writer Images. I photograph adventure elopements, intimate weddings, and creative portraits with an intentional way of noticing what matters most. My mind is always in a state of wandering, quietly seeing the world in stories and imagining how a single moment might read on a page. Much of who I am was shaped by warmth, creativity, and a love for unrushed moments. I grew up in a home where time always slowed down, where moments were shared fully, and where being close to one another was just a part of life.

This way of being was first passed down to me by the women in my family. My mother, always with a camera in hand, taught me to treasure memories and find beauty in the way a day can linger. My grandmothers shape my creative spirit. They are fearless and bold, yet deeply rooted in words, art, and a love for history, teaching me how to move with purpose and listen to the world around me. Even now, my two nieces, who love to remind me they should always be part of the story, add their own little spark to everything I do.

This is where it all began. With the belief that to be human is to honor the small connections that make us who we are.

It’s just me and my husband for now, often working behind the scenes together as we explore new places and stories. Sharing this with someone who sees the world in a similar way makes it all the more meaningful.

I CAN'T IMAGINE DOING ANYTHING ELSE

I LOVE WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO

find joy in the little things

I've always found joy in the little things. The smell of coffee in the morning, the way a song can take you back, the quiet moments that mean more than words, It's those little details that make life feel full.
